Job Vacancy: Account Manager – Client Services

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Account Manager in Client Services to join the accounts team at 4media group – a fast growing, global communications and content production agency based in a vibrant hub in Clerkenwell.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships and workloads, both externally with clients, partners, suppliers, and internally with the team
  • Provide high-quality day-to-day counsel to clients and become their go-to point of contact; establish and convert new prospects within those existing clients
  • Facilitate projects on time, to budget and in line with expectations
  • Work collaboratively across the business with the creative and production teams and manage the flow of information to the client with one consistent point of contact
  • Craft internal and client correspondence, comprehensive well thought out strategic communication plans, brand toolkits, press materials, new business proposals, etc.
  • Be able to juggle a number of different activations including, timelines, logistics and events with attention to detail
  • Support the Directors on campaign planning for global and local campaigns
  • Create and drive outreach plans, message development, effective pitching and training of spokespersons on speeches and presentations
  • Ensure campaigns are kept up to date on SalesForce and SharePoint
  • Motivate the team and more junior members of staff, work closely with specialist departments on delivery
  • Have an awareness of the wider teams workload to enable you to delegate accordingly
  • Understand and manage budget process for accounts, pipeline, proposals and expenses

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the business with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of the media landscape, across traditional and non-traditional / new media channels
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills
  • Ability to write appropriately for different requirements: press releases, proposals, cue sheets, status reports, contact reports, etc
  • Knowledge of Office 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint
  • Knowledge of Salesforce would be advantageous
  • Confidence to represent 4media Group when required
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to take initiative, pitching in on campaigns when required
  • Have an interest in managing a team and desire to support and teach more junior members of staff
