4media group, Inc. announced today that its work with the Prevent Cancer Foundation has been awarded Silver for Health Influencer Endorsement in the 2nd Annual Anthem Awards.

The Health Influencer Endorsement category recognizes outstanding and effective examples of work that leverage an influencer’s endorsements in support of a health-related cause. Prevent Cancer Foundation’s “Back on the Books” campaign leveraged a multicultural group of doctors to raise awareness of the importance of routine cancer screenings despite the challenges and fears created by the COVID-19 pandemic.

“Screening can find cancer early and lead to better outcomes. Many women put off their routine screenings during the pandemic, so we engaged several prominent doctors to encourage women to get those appointments back on the books,” said Laura Pair, Chief Business Officer at 4media group, Inc. “We are grateful that the Anthem Awards recognized the Prevent Cancer Foundation’s leadership on this life-saving issue.”

The Anthem Awards was launched in response to the prevalence social good has taken within the national conversation and cultural zeitgeist in recent years. The 2nd Annual competition received nearly 2,000 entries from 43 countries worldwide. By amplifying the voices that spark global change, the Anthem Awards are defining a new benchmark for impactful work that inspires others to take action in their communities.

Anthem Winners are selected by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. Winners for the 2nd Annual Anthem Awards will be celebrated at the Winners Celebration on February 27 in New York City. Fans will be able to hear from social impact leaders and their hallmark speeches at www.anthemawards.com.
