With over 15 years supporting client relationships, Jade is dedicated to cultivating meaningful collaborations. In her previous role at We are Talker, Jade honed a data-driven approach to brand storytelling, leveraging consumer insights to create impactful media campaigns alongside leading PR agencies and in-house teams. As VP of Client Relations, Jade supports the Atomik Research team and is focused on building lasting partnerships based on mutual success, using data-driven storytelling to deliver impactful campaigns. Jade is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Nancy Hanks

Senior Account Director, Feature Impact

Nancy is an experienced account leader who helps organizations connect their messages with the audiences that matter most. She handles media and communications initiatives for clients such as American Heart Association, American Kidney Fund, UNICEF and Healthy Family Project. Her perspective on mission-driven communications is informed in part by her 9 years with the American Red Cross, where she developed a deep appreciation for the unique challenges nonprofit organizations face in raising awareness, engaging supporters and advancing their missions. Known for her collaborative approach, Nancy works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that support client priorities while driving meaningful, measurable outcomes. She is passionate about improving processes, enhancing the client experience and finding creative ways to bring ideas to life. 

Jim O’Reilly

VP, Client Relations

Jim O’Reilly is Vice President of Client Relations. He’s been with 4media group since 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience in the PR service area. Among his specialties is working to tell the stories of healthcare associations. Prior to this, Jim worked in broadcast news in Philadelphia and Lancaster, PA. He’s a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia and currently serves as immediate past president of the Publicity Club of Chicago.

Previously a Strategist at MultiVu, she crafted and executed a wide range of branded and unbranded healthcare campaigns. Heather has led successful initiatives focused on disease awareness, brand amplification, FDA approvals, and more. By combining traditional media strategies with innovative digital approaches, she consistently ensures that each campaign is a success. Reni Mitchell

Reni Mitchell brings more than 25 years of specialized experience to healthcare public relations, having led successful campaigns for some of the industry’s top pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Prior to joining 4media4health, Reni served as the head of healthcare at MultiVu, a division of Cision PR Newswire, where she honed her skills in delivering impactful branded and unbranded campaigns. Her deep knowledge spans the complexities of both regulated and consumer health sectors, making her an invaluable partner for clients seeking strategic and results-driven communications.
