Reni Mitchell brings more than 25 years of specialized experience to healthcare public relations, having led successful campaigns for some of the industry’s top pharmaceutical and healthcare companies. Prior to joining 4media4health, Reni served as the head of healthcare at MultiVu, a division of Cision PR Newswire, where she honed her skills in delivering impactful branded and unbranded campaigns. Her deep knowledge spans the complexities of both regulated and consumer health sectors, making her an invaluable partner for clients seeking strategic and results-driven communications.

At 4media4health, Reni has embraced innovative tools like Atomik Research and collaborates closely with expansive in-house teams to deliver comprehensive media solutions. She excels at blending traditional public relations and broadcast tactics with cutting-edge digital strategies, ensuring each campaign not only meets but exceeds KPIs. Known for her client-centric approach, Reni is readily available to strategize, troubleshoot, and deliver tailored solutions that drive measurable success.

Laura Pair

Laura Pair

Chief Business Officer

As a member of the Executive Team, Laura oversees new business development and overall client experience. She also handles the media and comms strategy for clients such as AARP, Elevance Health and Prevent Cancer Foundation. Laura began her career at Target Video News, where she focused on video and media relations for brands, government agencies and non-profits. In 1996, she founded OnCue Productions, and in 2000, sold the company to News Broadcast Network. After a decade running operations at NBN, Laura joined public relations and marketing company Definition 6 as Managing Director. Laura’s work has won numerous awards, including several Telly Awards, the New York Television and Film Festival’s Gold World Medal, a Communicator Award, an Anthem Award, an Anvil Award and two Nonprofit Communications Awards.

Heather Schwanke

VP, Client Relations

With over 20 years of experience, Heather specializes in empowering healthcare clients to effectively connect with their audiences through integrated multichannel solutions. Previously a Strategist at MultiVu, she crafted and executed a wide range of branded and unbranded healthcare campaigns. Heather has led successful initiatives focused on disease awareness, brand amplification, FDA approvals, and more. By combining traditional media strategies with innovative digital approaches, she consistently ensures that each campaign is a success. Driven by a passion for impactful storytelling, she energizes 4media4health by continually seeking strategic ways to elevate our clients’ healthcare communication.

Jim O’Reilly

Jim O’Reilly

VP, Client Relations

Jim O’Reilly is Vice President of Client Relations. He’s been with 4media group since 2018 and has more than 20 years of experience in the PR service area. Among his specialties is working to tell the stories of healthcare associations. Prior to this, Jim worked in broadcast news in Philadelphia and Lancaster, PA. He’s a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia and currently serves as immediate past president of the Publicity Club of Chicago.
