Like most of you, we here at 4media group are trying to figure out how to operate and communicate in our “new normal”. And we know many of our clients still have stories to tell that could help people navigate these very trying times.

Within days of the official COVID-19 pandemic announcement we had a problem / solution situation with a client. They have a story that would be very impactful during the current crisis, but they wondered aloud: Is there any way to do a satellite media tour without our talent having to leave their house or have a crew come in? We did what we do best – we accepted that challenge, put our creative minds together, and came up with a solution.
Using existing technology, we have designed a way to conduct a completely virtual satellite media tour where your spokes-person can be at home, and our crew can be remote as well. If you look across the media landscape, you will see some of the biggest names in news and entertainment doing live shots from their home. This tells us that the aesthetic of the shot is totally accepted, plus there is additional cache in being socially conscious and doing all that we can to maintain social distancing.
